Volunteering with the Marta Kostyuk Foundation is an opportunity to take part in projects that, through sport and education, open new perspectives for children and young people in Ukraine.

What Volunteering Looks Like

Volunteers participate in events, communications, research, and organizational processes that support the Foundation’s day-to-day work.

This includes helping with text preparation, coordinating processes, and working with information — the steps that turn ideas into real projects.

Who Volunteering Is For

Volunteering with the Foundation is a good fit for those who share the values of development, education, and sport. We value:

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Time Commitment

The format involves around 10 hours of involvement per week. Volunteers become part of the processes that support the implementation of the Foundation’s projects.
