Hello!
I’m Marta Kostyuk, a professional Ukrainian tennis player. Tennis has been an important part of my life since childhood, so I know first-hand how many opportunities it can open up for a child.
On the court, children develop physically and learn to be persistent, independent and confident in their abilities. They set goals, overcome challenges, make friends and gradually discover new opportunities for their future.
It was this belief that led me to establish the Marta Kostyuk Foundation together with my family. Today, our team works to make tennis more accessible to children across Ukraine, so that every child who wants to step onto a court and give it a try has the chance to do so.
Your support helps us introduce more and more children to tennis, giving them the space to grow, develop and find their own path in sport.
Increasing Access to Tennis
One of the Foundation’s key projects within its tennis accessibility programme is School Match Point. Through the project, tennis becomes part of PE lessons: children are introduced to the sport at their schools, while teachers receive training and equipment to deliver the sessions.
Support for Young Athletes
Through our programme supporting young athletes, we help them combine sport with a high-quality education, prepare for international educational programmes and discover new opportunities for their future.
Promoting tennis through media content
Our programme promoting tennis through media content brings together projects that tell the stories of Ukrainian tennis and its heroes. One of them is the book Heart on the Court: Ukrainian Tennis Stars, for which we are researching archives and collecting stories about the people who have shaped tennis in Ukraine and around the world.

You can support the Foundation from anywhere in the world. If you are based in the US or the UK, you can make a donation through GlobalGiving, while donors in Australia can give through Future Ukraine. Donations made through these platforms may be eligible for tax benefits, depending on the rules in your country. You can also support the Foundation directly by bank transfer in US dollars or euros.
